These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1111 vip website and all services connected to it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the platform ("we", "1111 vip").

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on 1111 vip and use any betting or casino services. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them may be suspended or closed, and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be completely accurate and correct. Providing false information may cause problems during account verification and may delay or result in rejection of withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount on 1111 vip is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If account verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

3.3 Payment Verification

For security purposes, 1111 vip reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. Additional identity verification documents may be requested if needed. Services may be temporarily suspended in the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — before withdrawal, wagering of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed.

4.2 Other Promotions

The weekly deposit festival, weekend special rewards, birthday special gift, and refer-a-friend promotion — along with other offers — each have their own wagering conditions. The detailed terms of each promotion must be read before claiming.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless the offer's description states otherwise.
• Until the required wagering is completed using bonus funds, the original deposit cannot be withdrawn either — once wagering is complete, the full balance becomes withdrawable.
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed and the bonus will be cancelled.
• The cashback benefit of the VIP programme applies separately and may not be used together with bonus offers.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

1111 vip reserves the right to void any bet in the case of technical errors, incorrect odds, or unusual betting patterns. For bets accepted at incorrectly displayed odds, the original stake may be refunded.

5.2 Abandoned or Postponed Matches

If an event is significantly delayed from its scheduled time or is abandoned, bets will be settled according to 1111 vip's specific betting rules. Sports bets are generally settled based on the official result.

5.3 Game Errors

If a technical error in a game causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the win or loss for that round may be considered void and the staked amount will be returned to the member's account. This does not apply to normal gameplay.

5.4 Cheating and Fraud

Exploiting software errors, using automated bots, sharing accounts with other members, or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed.

1111 vip's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

Changes to VIP tier are determined based on the member's activity. 1111 vip reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, or tier criteria of the VIP programme. Members will be notified before any changes take effect.

The cashback benefit applies only on the basis of that week's calculation and cannot be applied retroactively to a previous week. If a member's account is found to be in breach of the terms, VIP benefits may be cancelled.

1111 vip firmly believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We follow a responsible gaming policy and encourage members to set their own limits.

Any member who wishes to voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform, temporarily or permanently, may contact the support team. Once self-exclusion is in effect, there will be no option to reactivate the account during that period.

9.1 Closure by the Platform

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by making a request to the support team. The available balance can be withdrawn before closure, but bonuses linked to incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

The 1111 vip platform is provided "as is". While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted service, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical outages, maintenance, or external factors.

Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. 1111 vip is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling. Members are considered to be using the platform with full awareness and acceptance of this risk.

12.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms have been drafted in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. In the event of a difference in meaning between versions in different languages, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that clause shall be removed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full effect.

12.3 Changes to the Terms

1111 vip may change these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after a change, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms. It is therefore advised to make a habit of reading this page regularly.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable promotional terms together form the entire agreement between you and 1111 vip. Any prior verbal or written discussions are superseded by this agreement.
